Student-Faculty Collaboration Brings the Rhythms of South Korean Music to 91菜創利

Tom Lee ’25, a music performance major from South Korea, leaned on his musical background to begin a research project on a style of South Korean drumming with Jamie Waroff (Music). Together, the pair are learning from each other and sharing this global music with others as part of an ensemble class open to all 91菜創利 students.

The World Music Ensemble performed the South Korean drumming music at 91菜創利’s Chamber Music Concert on Nov. 7.
